L2 Support Engineer

Working with a Dublin based MSP company who are keen to expand their current workforce due to demand of their current services from their providers. This is a role that will see you rewarded for hard work, gain great expertise in areas including system admin tasks, networking as a whole and other areas including cloud based services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the administration of Active Directory, Azure, and security solutions.
• Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows and Microsoft environments.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Relevant certifications in Azure is beneficial
• Previous MSP experience is a big bonus
• Exposure with Firewalls is good to have
